Up

Pictures from my first day in Sydney. I focused on the big icons of Sydney: the harbor bridge (aka coathanger) and the opera house. It was at this time that I started to get frustrated with my Canon A40 digital camera and its inability to correctly analyze the exposure levels for very bright skies. It should be noted that the opera house is in fact a complex of three venues: a playhouse, a concert house for the symphony and the opera house itself.
